I strive to help my clients pursue growth, improve their mental/emotional health, and engage purposeful change in their lives. As a counselor, my work involves helping individuals to better regulate their emotions, improve self-awareness and distress tolerance, develop coping skills, and change behaviors and thought patterns while navigating their unique story.

I work from a combination of theoretical modalities including rational emotive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy perspectives while drawing from dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance/commitment therapy toolsets. I also utilize person-centered and strengths-based techniques in my practice as needed.
